I bought this years and years ago, and the hem had gotten wet wicking color bleed from the blue dye in the embroidery upwards. And so it hung waiting for me to decide what to do with it. A couple weeks ago I decided it was time cut the blue dyed piece off the bottom, pinned up the dress and got to work. As time allowed of course. Now, she is a cocktail length dress with matching bolero jacket and I also made a
