1960s Mohair Pencil skirt Salt and pepper shakers Shoulder to Waist (Mid-Shoulder): 13Classic cream pencil skirt in what looks and feels like a soft mohair or mohair wool blend there are no tags so I can't be sure of the blend but it is soft and curly as opposed to scratchy and itchy. The skirt may have been home made, but the edge of the waistband is serged which is uncommon in home made items in the 1960s so I think it is factory made and the tags removed when the waist band was made smaller at some point (there is some evidence that
