Yarlington Each both versions have one thingYarlington is skilfully washed in the finest British cider, made by one of the worlds most influential cider makers Tom Oliver. The Cider is matured in Speyside whisky oak barrels for 18 months, making it equally fruity, smokey, and spicy, with a gentle, bittersweet finish. As the cheese ages, the cider wash comes to the fore, supplying notes of green apple skins and a little Oakwood smokiness. Its a complex and truly delicious cheese from David Jowett
