An unctuous cheese, the taste is complex and beautifully balanced. Traditional Artisan Brie flavours, such as rich cream butter and earthy button mushrooms remain prominent, as well as accentuated hints of pan roasted parsnips. The addition of a creamy Truffle centre takes this
